The Great British Pub Food Award winners are.....
Lovely Pubs managing director Paul Salisbury has been awarded
the special achievement award at the Great British Pub Food Awards 2011.
Salisbury, who still works in partnership with Mitchells and Butlers, was presented with his award by Morning Advertiser editor Paul Charity at an awards ceremony held at London's Plaisterers Hall on the 10th March 2011.

ETM Group was awarded food operator of the year (unbranded) while Greene King walked away with food operator of the year (branded).
Food concept of the year was awarded to Hungry Horse by Greene King.
Jean-Philippe Bidart, head chef of The Millbrook Inn, South Pool, Devon, was named Pub Chef of the Year 2011. Bidart impressed the judges with his professionalism, passion and precision cooking.


The winners of the award's 10 chef competition categories were also revealed. The competition cook-offs were held Unilever Foodsolutions' Knorr kitchen in Leatherhead, Surrey.
